The Principal makes the decision regarding acceptance of the new student.
Upon acceptance a registration form is completed and a non-refundable registration fee is paid.
All new students accepted are on a probationary period that exists for six weeks, during which time a decision is made whether or not the school can meet the needs of the child.
After the first four weeks, the teacher meets with the parents, after having met with the principal. At this meeting a report is given to the parents regarding the progress of the student. At the end of the nine weeks, the principal will inform the parents of the acceptance of the student or the need for the parent to seek to enroll the student elsewhere since the school is not able to meet the needs of the student.
Students who are invited to return for the upcoming school year will register during the Spring semester. Fees are to be paid at this time. No student shall be re-admitted who has an outstanding financial obligation to the school.
